RETURN POLICY
Most grips purchased at the Eagle Grips web site, or those ordered by phone are returnable for credit subject to the following conditions: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Returned grips must be in their original packaging. Only grips in new unused condition can be returned for credit. Customers returning grips are responsible for all return freight charges. Grips returned for credit must be be of current product design & specifications. Used grips, special order, and non standard grips are not returnable for credit or exchange. Products returned under Warranty are subject to the following return policies: All items must be shipped freight prepaid to Eagle Grips. Items returned under warranty will be for exchange only, no credit will be issued. Warranty replacements are subject to our inspection for misuse prior to being replaced. If an obsolete grip is returned under warranty it will be replaced with a similar grip of equal or greater value. Special/Custom order and non standard grips are not returnable for warranty replacement. Your warranty replacement grips will be returned prepaid.
