SHIPPING
Continental United States
Minimum shipping charges on merchandise is $8.50. (Ships 1-4 pounds U.P.S.). We prefer to ship via US Priority Mail.
We ship most orders for $8.50. Because shipping charges depend on weight, correct shipping charges will be added at
the time of your order. We currently are offering FREE shipping on orders over $300.00 shipped via UPS in the Continental
United States. To Hawaii and Alaska, minimum shipping of $10.00 shall be applied. Packages are usually sent via Priority Mail.
All mail orders must include $8.50 shipping unless the order is over $300.00.
Orders received without shipping will be returned to you.
Overseas
OVERSEAS SHIPPING BY INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS POST - QUOTES ONLY
Check with your customs service before ordering.
PAYMENTS
We entertain personal checks (held for 4 weeks), company checks and money orders. We accept all 4 major credit
cards - Master Card, Visa, Discover and AMEX.
RETURN POLICY
Most grips purchased at the Eagle Grips web site, or those ordered by phone are returnable for credit
subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
- Returned grips must be in their original packaging.
- Only grips in new unused condition can be returned for credit.
- Customers returning grips are responsible for all return freight charges.
- Grips returned for credit must be be of current product design & specifications.
- Used grips, special order, and non standard grips are not returnable for credit or exchange.
Products returned under Warranty are subject to the following return policies:
- All items must be shipped freight prepaid to Eagle Grips.
- Items returned under warranty will be for exchange only, no credit will be issued.
- Warranty replacements are subject to our inspection for misuse prior to being replaced.
- If an obsolete grip is returned under warranty it will be replaced with a similar grip of equal or greater value.
- Special/Custom order and non standard grips are not returnable for warranty replacement. Your warranty replacement grips will be returned prepaid.

PRIVACY POLICY
Eagle Grips never sells or exchanges your name, address, or e-mail information with any person
or company. We have a very strict policy on this. We never have and never will! We also do not keep any of your
information on an Internet computer. It is read or printed out and deleted. No one can access
any of your records or credit card information from us. When you place an order with us, your
credit card is not charged on-line. We print out the order and process everything here by hand.
Our computers do not keep a record of everything you buy, we have this information on hard copy
and it is safely stored. We have taken strict measures to protect you and your information at
Eagle Grips so you can do on line business with us with confidence.
