Really nice N frame grips for M27

I replaced the too-small original wood grips on my M27 Classic 4" with these Eagle Grips. They look great and both times I went to the range they felt great even with fairly hot 357 loads. Glad I made the upgrade.

N Frame Walnut Heritage grips

Overall I’m extremely pleased with these grips. Very Nicely finished (just a hairs worth of overlap on the front seam, only negative, not noticable). They’re look amazing, beautiful wood, nicely contoured with nice sharp checkering. Completely changed the feel of the gun and is the N Frame grip I’ve been searching for. Highly recommended. Model 29 grips square butt

I was worried about getting expensive grips for my favorite gun. With a 44 mag, the grips have to fit perfect... and they do. The recoil is strong and easy with these grips.

S&W Coke Bottle repros?

Pretty good quality although the front of the grip panels are slightly misaligned. Nothing serious though. I did compare these grips to pics off the internet of S&W "Coke Bottle" grips and these differ in the placement of the medallion, the size and shape of the checkered area and the overall length of the panel. To anyone 20 or so feet away it would be noticeable.

N frame grips

These grips fit my pre 27 perfectly, and are beautiful. A little linseed oil was all that was needed to finish them up. I will be getting another pair for my next nframe.

New Grips, Vintage Quality

I received an absolutely beautiful pair of walnut Heritage Eagle Grips for my new S&W Model 29-10 revolver. They were a perfect fit, and very comfortable in the hand. The walnut is of good quality, with even coloring and a nice grain. The checkering cuts are crisp. These are a must have upgrade to replace the slim new-production factory grips being put on the N frames these days.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The precision and craftsmanship that go into the manufacturing of these grips is second to none. My grips fit perfectly and are far more attractive than the originals. I highly recommend adding a pair or two to your collection!

Awesome Grips

I put a set these in walnut on my 1954 Smith and Wesson pre 27 and they look amazing. They are truly reminiscent of the original "Coke Bottle" grips. In fact I just ordered another set for a no dash 27 that I have. Can't wait to get them.

The first set I received did not fit well,so I made one call and returned them. in less than a week, I received another set that fit perfectly. They even have an aged look that goes with my 1954 vintage N-Frame. Great product, great service, and a great company.

These Grips Are Beautiful!

It took 8 weeks to get these Custom Made
Grips but after seeing them for the first time and then putting them on my new S&W Model 27 it was worth the wait.

Very Satisfied

I recently bought a S&W 629 with a 4 inch barrel . It's not a lot of fun shooting 44 mag out of a lighter framed gun with a short barrel . I really liked the smoth double action trigger and 44 specials are fun to shoot . I was having issues with the factory grip so I called Eagle and told them what I was looking for . Once it came and I held it I was in love . It was a perfect fit and I'll never sell it

Top Grip, good handcraft !!!

I bought the grip for my S & W Model 29-10. The original one is useless! I'm very happy with the Eagle grip, good handcraft, nice wood and it fits perfectly with my revolver and my hand!

Great improvement over stock

Purchased these for a 29-10 classic series. Huge improvement over the thin stocks S&W is putting on the new N frames. Much more comfortable to shoot with full house loads. Only reason I put 4 stars is I did not realize they would come unfinished. Perhaps I didn't read the description thoroughly. Don't know. Any way I rubbed in a few coats of true oil and buffed them with fine steel wool and they are good to go.

Heritage Coke Bottle Grips

I have purchased 3 sets of these grips. In my opinion, the dark rosewood most closely matches the older grips. Fit is as good as and appearance is better than the S&W originals available today. I've owned S&W's for over 50 years and these grips are about as good as it get for a reasonable price.

S&W N Frame Square Butt Walnut Heritage Grips

Beautiful pair of grips well worth the price. They fit and feel better then the original grips on my S & W Model 29-2! Will buy again for my other one. Nice to see something still made in USA instead of cheap aftermarket from China.

Compare favorably with originals

I purchased the rosewood with reclaimed medallions. Side by side, these are very close to the originals. Pricey at $200, but $300 less than originals. These are on a "lookin' at" revolver, so I don't know how they are to shoot. When I recover from the sticker shock, I'll likely order another set in walnut.

N frame Reg. Magnum

I wasn't sure if any other grip would do justice to my mint Reg. Magnum if I decided to change the original Coke Bottle Magna grip. The Heritage Grip from Eagle guys solved all that for me in a jiffy. Fits like a glove and maintains the period look as well. Wonderful workmanship. Keep it up Eagle.

S&W N frame coke grips

Very happy good quality, fit is good and tight comfortable to shoot full loads, looks good to. Went to the plant, met owner very helpful and friendly. Will order again.

44 mag

With these N grips I found back the grips S&W made in the sixties so again I can shoot full loaded 44 mags in confort with my mod 29.

Grip Review

After a longer waiting time than promised I received grips for a K frame, not a N frame as I ordered.
I installed them on a k frame and the fit was very good but the checkering lines were not cut evenly.

S&W Heritage Grip

Nice Grip, good quality. With the new grip the revolver looks greater and furthermore the grip is more comfortable for shooting then with the original grip!
