Model C060 - Classic Rosewood Revolver Grips

Fits - Ruger SP101

Our CLASSIC grips were designed by Walter Roper during the 1960s, these grips feature a thinner midsection and a raised right side palm swell. The "Classic" is a return to a design that was proven decades ago when big wheel guns were carried and used daily by such legendary handgunners as Walter Roper, Skeeter Skelton and Elmer Keith.

Designed for medium to large frame double action revolver's, Classic grips are available in handsome smooth Rosewood. Slightly more compact than our Heritage grips, they are suited for function and work great with speed loaders. The grips convert round butt guns to square and are commonly referred to as a conversion grip.

Only genuine Indian Rosewood is used by Eagle grips. This wood is Rich, reddish brown in color with contrasting black grains and is extremely rugged. For years it has been used in the manufacture of fine furniture and quality musical instruments. It's durability and beauty are equally at home on a hunting or carry handgun. Rosewood is rich in natural resources, and polishes to an attractive shine without the use of varnish, stains or other artificial finishes. Rosewood Grips are available in a variety of styles with either a smooth or hand checkered finish.

good grips

Nice grips but too much play. Sent them back for work, but still a sloppy fit. I used business card type paper for shims . Now they are fine.

Nothing Else Compares to the Quality of Eagle Grips

I am writing this before I actually receive my New Eagle Grips. I have ordered Grips from Eagle two times before, and I just know what an outstanding product I'll be getting. The quality of the Wood and
Craftsmanship of the finished product are truly beyond compare. Whenever I upgrade any of my Handguns with new Grips, Eagle is the only place I go!!!

Ruger SP101 Rosewood Grips

I found that my new grips are well made, beautiful and really improve my grip on the gun. The only thing that is not great, is the fact that a speed loader doesn't clear it. That said, I really enjoy the new look and would buy them again.
