Pre 66 grips like hens teeth. Love these Grips. Oversized make the colt cobra grip a lot more comfortable to shoot. excellent quality. Glad I found you Gentlemen

Excellent Quality Grips

It is very difficult to find grips for a 1964 Colt Cobra. Fortunately, Eagle Grips makes them and they are of high quality. This is the second set of grips I've ordered from Eagle Grips and I'm very happy with both.

Excellent grips from a great company

Had an initial issue getting my revolver correctly identified and the right grips ordered. They were incredibly helpful and the grips are wonderful. Great fitment and they look sharp.

These are great looking grips that arrived same as the photos. Very comfortable to my hand and definitely help recoil. Some light sanding needed for final fit to the pistol, but they are rock solid and no looseness in the fit.

The original grips on my pre-1966 Colt Police Positive were so small as to make an otherwise fine pistol unusable for me. Eagle was the only manufacturer I found that make larger grips to fit that model. These grips are well made, fit perfectly, and allow me to get a firm grasp on the revolver. Plus good customer service. Worth every penny.

These grips fit great and look good as well. Hard to find oversized grips that fit the 1950's era Colt Cobra, Detective Special, etc. Took 2 months, but worth the wait.

Very nice

These grips fit my detective special perfectly and are huge improvement over the original ones.

Only grips available

Desperately needed grips for my '61 Colt Cobra. Have a box full of grips guaranteed to fit that didn't. These fit perfectly. However, the advertised grips weren't available and I was offered a similar checked set. They look and fit the gun great but sting like the devil. Never had a problem with factory grips (long since lost) or cheap plastic grips (cracked after decades of use). Tightened screw to the point of stripping and grip as tight as I can but still need a glove to finish 100 rounds. That said, the workmanship is superb.

Hard to Find Grips

These were the only oversized grips I could find for the old style Detective Special. The original Colt grips simply do not fit larger hands.

Much needed grip

It is very difficult to find a decent improved grip for an early Colt "D" frame. EagleGrips had it. This grip works excellently and is perfect for my hand.
