The American Elk Grips fit my old style Ruger Vaquero perfectly with no fitting necessary. I was concerned that they would be too smooth to shoot .45 Colt, but found them to be quite comfortable without any loss of control. I would buy these for any handgun.

Had to sand one little spot to get it to seat correctly but then it fit snug and perfectly. No overlap edge or anything. Looks and feels fantastic!
